Why this site exists
TotalityTrip is an independent decision tool for eclipse travel. The core product is not a copied eclipse map: it combines authoritative eclipse geometry with transparent climate tiers, trip-base comparisons and a Plan A/B/C workflow.
What we do not claim
We do not guarantee clear skies, travel safety, border access, exact city duration or availability of roads, hotels or events. Time-sensitive facts should be verified from official sources.
Source hierarchy
Primary scientific/government sources come first. Secondary sources are used for context, never to silently replace authoritative geometry or safety guidance.
Commercial independence
Advertising or affiliate links may be added, but they do not change the ranking logic. Sponsored placement must be labeled and is not allowed to silently alter planner results.
