What the base site stores, how near-event weather works and what changes if advertising is enabled.

Default site
The base TotalityTrip build does not intentionally set non-essential cookies and does not require an account. Planner calculations run in the browser.
Weather requests
Near the event, short-range weather requests are sent from the TotalityTrip Cloudflare Worker to MET Norway for fixed destination coordinates. The visitor's IP address is therefore not sent directly to MET Norway by the weather module.
Advertising
If Google advertising is enabled, advertising technologies may use cookies or local storage according to the choices presented through the applicable consent platform. TotalityTrip should not enable personalized ads for EEA, UK or Swiss users without the consent setup required by Google and applicable law.
Your browser
You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking optional storage should not prevent access to the core planner.
